Life gets hard, let's work together.

I provide personal growth coaching, parent coaching, and teen coaching using my experience of over 20 years as a therapist, group facilitator, and mindfulness/yoga teacher. Whether you need support or guidance with daily stressors and difficult life events, a new parenting approach, or would like tools and techniques to help you stay present every day, I can help you find creative solutions, learn to use practical tools to move forward on your path, and help you achieve your goals.
*Coaching/Consulting is not therapy. It will not include diagnosis or treatment of psychological disorders. If more psychological support is necessary, you will be referred to a therapist.

"I'm going to stand with you in our shared humanity, in the shared dilemma of how impossible it is to be a human being, and recognize from one demented, battered, confused soul to another that it is hard for all of us here."
